However, after we met with David I’ve decided that money can buy anyone a real estate license, but honor, true integrity, altruism, and grit, can set you apart from the masses! David's team provided so much more in the way of market analysis and a very deliberate selling strategy, compared to other realtors with which we’ve dealt - and- at EXACTLY THE SAME COMMISSION!- though in his case 110% well earned!!!! The level of service that he and his Team provides to the seller, should be the STANDARD for all realtors. We could not be happier with David's help selling our property and he will be the ONLY realtor that we will work with moving forward. David is an incredible asset to the Phyllis Browning Company and we have already, and will continue, to recommend his services to our San Antonio area friends.
Moving to SA from overseas
