About Valarie Adams

Honesty, integrity, hard work, loyalty and serving others are all qualities that define Valarie (Val).

Val graduated from DeVry University with a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, but as an Army Spouse she has dedicated her career to supporting service members and their families. In that role she has lived all over the world. After moving her family 14 times over 30 years she knows firsthand how stressful moving can be. She empathizes fully with her clients, working tirelessly for them to have a stress-free real estate transaction.

During those 14 moves Val and her husband Steve purchased and sold homes in Colorado, Virginia and Texas. In her own transactions she developed a keen understanding of the Real Estate transaction process. Valarie also realized she was falling in love with house hunting and managing every aspect of the residential transaction. She decided to turn her passion into a career and got her REALTOR® license as well as her certification as a home stager.

Val’s clients respect her incredible work ethic and warm personality, often citing how they felt like life-long friends after working together.

Valarie is actively involved in the Fiesta Commission, Military-Civilian Club of SA and the Fort Sam Houston Spouses’ Club. When she isn’t serving her clients she is making gourmet spa products and custom jewelry for her small business, Vabulous Living, or spending time with her husband Steve of 28 years, their three adult children and two grandchildren.
