Born in Germany and raised as a proud Army Brat, Pete lived in diverse communities across Texas, California, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Germany. This global upbringing instilled in him a deep respect for people of all backgrounds and a natural ability to connect and build trust. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University.

After retiring from military service, Pete transitioned into real estate, home inspection, and appraisal—seamlessly blending his lifelong commitment to service with a genuine passion for helping others make informed, confident decisions. In addition to his professional expertise, Pete has personally bought, sold, and managed properties across multiple markets, giving him a well-rounded perspective and a strong sense of empathy as both an advisor and investor.

Pete and his wife Shelley have been married for nearly 30 years and raised three children, all now pursuing their own dreams. They’ve made their home on a small farm outside New Braunfels, Texas. An Eagle Scout and avid outdoorsman, Pete enjoys fishing, hiking, and skiing—especially in Montana, where his family roots run deep.
