Meet Tim
Residential Realtor®, Retired Army VeteranTim Culpepper is a U.S. Army veteran and retired Army Lieutenant Colonel who served throughout the United States and the world over a 22-year military career. Through 14 family moves and home purchases in several states Tim has become an expert in relocation and the real estate transaction process.
In addition to his 22 years of leading and problem-solving experience Tim brings a strong educational background. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A & M University, and he holds two master’s degrees.
He joined the Phyllis Browning Company and the Abrahams Real Estate TIES Team and launched a career in real estate because he wants to help others successfully navigate what might be the most important financial transaction of their lives. He feels a real calling to this field because it’s a way to continue serving. He can apply his leadership, organization and analytical skills in a way that creates an advantage for his clients.
Tim currently lives in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife, Elizabeth. They have two children in high school, and their oldest son is a junior at Texas Tech University.
When not working, Tim likes to spend time with his family, playing racquetball, reading, or enjoying a few days at the beach.
